OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SPI Styles gift card. Gift cards will be emailed to your registered email address. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
 
All items returned must be in original condition (including all packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service at customercare@spistyles in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
